Event Times: The times listed below are when the farm will be open for you!
Friday, noon to 6pm.
Saturday, 10am to midnight. Events & music end by 10pm and all guests depart by 11pm.
Sunday, 8am to 10am.
Sunday, noon to midnight. Events & music end by 10pm and all guests depart by 11pm.
Monday, 8am to 10am.
Parking: All guests, family, party members, and vendors must park in the gravel parking lot at the entrance.
If materials need to be dropped off at the barn, that vehicle may back up the driveway, stopping at the gravel, and unload from there.
That vehicle should then immediately move and park in the parking lot. No exceptions.
Smoking: All smoking is to be done on the patio down the hill from the barn and all waste should be discarded of properly.
You are responsible for communicating this information with your vendors and guests.
Each cigarette butt, cigar cap, plastic tip, etc. found improperly disposed of will result in $25 taken from your security deposit.
Decor: Decorations may not be hung with tape, tacks, wire, glue, staples, nails or screws and should not cause any damage in or around the barn or any other building on Rock Spring Farm’s property.
Paint and stains are prohibited from Rock Spring Farm.
All decorations must be removed, without leaving damage, by 10am on Sunday.
We require 50% of the package price (plus WV tax) and a signed the lease agreement to reserve your desired event date.
The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the date of your event with an additional $500 security deposit. The security deposit is not taxed and, if all guidelines are followed, will be returned to you within 15 days after your event.
A current certificate of commercial general liability insurance naming Rock Spring Farm LLC as a certificate holder and listing the dates of the event (or dates your will be on the property) in the amount of One Million Dollars is required.
In most cases, you will be able to increase the current coverage on your personal insurance policy. However, if you are having difficulty getting coverage or would would like guidance, we would be happy to refer you to an agent who can get you an Event Policy.
Additional liability waivers or supplemental insurance may also be required depending on the insurance and the activities you have planned for the event.
